South Hwanghae Province built the Kangnyong Wheat Processing Factory.The factory is equipped with grading, washing and milling lines capable of improving the quality and output of flour and has a sci-tech learning space. A library was inaugurated in Koryo Songgyungwan University.Located at the foot of picturesque Mt Songak, it blends well with the main building of the university. The library has sufficient facilities for sci-tech research and dissemination, such as halls for academic discussion and reading spaces.
