Sibilant Sound of Wind

One March day in 2017, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un looked round the 70-storey apartment building under construction in Ryomyong Street.
After making the rounds of the flats on 7F and 58F for hours, he took a lift to come down to the first floor. Then he suddenly turned his eyes to one of its walls.
He said to the puzzled officials: I can hear the sibilant sound when the lift goes up and down. It seems that negative pressure is formed in the lift shaft. If holes are made in certain sections of the lift shaft, they would help lowering the negative pressure.
He always has a noble view on the people that nothing is trivial or unimportant in the work for their wellbeing and that any slightest deficiencies should not be allowed in the structures built by the Workers’ Party of Korea for their sake. That was why he did not miss even the sibilant sound of the wind.
