One October day in 2014, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the newly-built Pyongyang Baby Home and Orphanage.
He looked round the Pyongyang Baby Home with satisfaction as a cradle for children had risen on the picturesque bank of the Taedong River.
While making the rounds of the cosy and clean playroom and bedroom, he asked the officials about the temperature in those rooms.
Then he said: As the children at the baby home are still too young, the temperature in their bedroom must be 23-24℃. The same is true of the playroom. The temperature in all rooms for the children should be warm lest they get cold.
As he loves children so much, he paid close attention to the subtle difference of temperature in the playroom and bedroom.
