Top and Absolute Priority

One September day in 2013, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a stone-dressing plant which was playing an important role in the development of the country’s architecture.
Looking round various places of the plant, he learned in detail about its production, operation of the equipment and their technical specifications.
When he went to a workteam, he exchanged greetings with workers in the shop floor where huge machines were operating. While touching dusty stone products, he suddenly said the plant was too noisy.
Looking at the officials, he said: Whatever we do, we should always maintain the principle of giving top and absolute priority to the health and life of workers.
