Deep Concern for Decorating Buildings

In mid-August 2013, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Masikryong Ski Resort under construction.
He learned in detail about the construction work of the hotel. The officials told him about the project plan to decorate some parts of its interior and exterior like logs.
After a while, he said: On my way here, I saw the outer walls of some buildings being embossed with cement in a bid to make them look like a pile of logs. They appear to be quite good when seen from afar, but one can easily recognize that they are not logs when seen from nearby. In a word, they might become “100m beauties”. It is recommended to use real logs in order to produce the desired decorative effect. If so, they would be good-looking in good harmony with the landscape of the ski resort in the mountainous area.
And he specified the ways to this end.
After his visit, the interior and exterior walls of several buildings were decorated in a unique way with logs treated with quality wood preservative.
