Quality Stressed Repeatedly

On a snowy day in late October 2018, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the then Samjiyon County.
After looking round the construction site of the county seat, he stressed the need to strictly observe the requirements of the design and ensure the quality of building work, and went on:
As I have emphasized time and again, we should not be obsessed with the speed of construction, driven by impatience to unconditionally finish something by a certain time. We should shovel even one spadeful of earth and plaster even one square metre with conscience just as the real owner of a house would do. We should build all structures to be monumental edifices of lasting significance in the era of the Workers’ Party by thoroughly ensuring quality on the highest level.
It was the noble view of Comrade Kim Jong Un on the people that the structures for their good should be perfect and flawless.
