A Consistent Principle

In August a few years ago, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort under construction.
An official in charge of the construction project showed him the sample tiles to be used in covering the buildings, and said that they were produced by the Chollima Tile Factory.
With a broad smile on his face, Kim Jong Un looked at the tiles on display.
He then said: The proportion of using locally available raw materials should be increased. Only when building materials are produced in reliance on locally available raw materials, the Party’s plan and intention to create a new history of Juche architecture by bringing about a great upsurge in construction can be implemented. We should consistently hold fast to the principle of increasing the proportion of locally available building materials.
All his thoughts and practices are connected with his firm will to add lustre to whatever is in the country.
