The Site of Scientists’ Hostel Fixed

One February day in 2015, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave a field guidance at the construction site of the Sci-Tech Complex.
Looking at the artist’s impression of the complex, he said: A hostel should be built for those who would come to the complex. If a hostel is built near the complex, it would provide convenience for the visitors in many ways.
Then he asked officials which could be a good site for the hostel.
No reply came from them, since they had not thought of building a hostel there. The original design envisaged building a small lodging facility near the complex.
Being told about the lodging facility, Kim Jong Un commented that it was too small and advised that the hostel should be more than twice as big as that.
He then studied the blueprint, and pointing at a spot, he said that the hostel should be located in a place that would be easily visible both from Chungsong Bridge and from the other side of the river.
He added that if the hostel was built next to the complex, it would be good-looking as seen from Chungsong Bridge and it would also be in good harmony with the complex.
The officials agreed that it was an ideal site.
