New houses have been built again in Sinchong-ri, Songgan County, Jagang Province as a new appearance of socialist countryside, which is being radically changed day by day under the wise leadership of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
Low- and single-storied and terraced houses with unique refinement, modernity and architectural beauty have been built on the bank of the picturesque Jangja River with trees of good species and flowering shrubs planted around them. The new villages show the benevolence of the motherly WPK which translates into reality all wishes desired by the people.
A ceremony of moving into new houses took place on the spot on September 4.
Present there were Pak Song Chol, chief secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials, builders and agricultural workers in Songgan County.
Sin Chang Gil, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People’s Committee, delivered a congratulatory address, and house licenses were handed over and speeches were made there.
A congratulatory performance and a cheerful dancing party were given, and officials visited agricultural workers moving into modern houses to share joy with them.
